Helicopter Spirals Wildly into Palm Groves at Well-Known Southern California Shoreline
An aircraft soaring near a crowded coastal coastline abruptly started spinning out of control, ultimately losing altitude and smashing into a line of palm trees as beachgoers looked on.
Videos posted online capture the chopper commencing to spiral over Huntington Beach then plunging near the edge of the shore, where it gets stuck amidst palm trees and a set of stairs close to the coastal road.
Emergency Response Information
Emergency responders stated five people were transported to a medical facility involving two who were in the chopper and were “safely pulled from the wreckage” subsequent to the accident on Saturday.
Three individuals on the street were harmed. Information on their wounds were still under review.
The cause of the crash was still under investigation.
